“Location was walking distance to our venue. Covered, private parking is a huge plus (make sure to reserve ahead). Room was great and the perfect size for 2, We enjoyed using the balcony. Location was quiet, no issues with neighbors. ”

“Everything was okay but in the pictures of the listing it was a regular condo and then we get there we end up in a basement. It was fine and nice but a little more obvious when renting a basement for 1700 would be nice”

“I like this hotel. It is convenient to the things I plan to do in Chicago. The parking is convenient just know you have to drive/walk a block (around the building) to get to the entrance. There is a loading zone in front of the hotel. The staff is helpful. The standard room is small but it works. They could stand to upgrade the mattress but it is ok for a night or two. The ac is not too loud and there was a ceiling fan that was nice to have. The elevator is really small but I don’t think……

“The staff was extremely helpful for early check-in and holding my luggage until check-in. The room was very comfortable, nice bed for an overnight stay. Close to the train and concert venue, The Vic. Would definitely stay there again. Solo female traveler. ”

“I forgot an art print here in my room. $50 Print. A normal hotel you could call somebody because housekeeping would turn it into lost and found. With this place, the email for customer service returns as doesn’t exist. The phone number direct you to the website which has no way to talk to anybody. So because they have absolutely no contact with their customers, I am out of $50 art print from my vacation. And that absolutely sucks. It was a small but acceptable room for what you pay. But the……

“I think it's a little quiet, as this is a house, so sometimes there may be only one person (you) in the house at night.”

“I’ve been looking for a hotel we can stay on my business trip in Chicago. I think this is going to be the one. The location is great. The bed is comfortable. ”

“Hotel was being renovated and was terrible. Stayed on 4th floor and elevator was also broken. Half of the floor was closed off with workers and large boxes in the hall. Dead bugs were on the ceiling. We want a refund for our stay.”

“Gina and staff were warm and friendly. When our toilet clogged, we got upgraded. When we needed a delayed checkout, they accommodated. We had a fire for a cold night and got delicious eggs and crispy bacon for breakfast. Highly recommend for those lovers of all things Italian. ”
