"I absolutely loved this place! I split my trip into staying at two different places because I was concerned about not having AC and the humidity. However the fans above the beds were very strong and it was comfortable. The place was very jungle vibes and rustic which I loved! "Secrets was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, the pools were beautiful and there was always entertainment happening. The quiet pool was calm and relaxing if you wanted a more serene setting. The food was great and we never had to wait long at the restaurants. And if you are looking for a a late night the DJ in the lounge was so much fun! Great place for couples to relax and reconnect."

"Great property. Enough beach and pool chairs. Room was well thought out, great view of ocean. Steamer in room instead of iron was a nice touch. Alcohol was too shelf and drinks were amazing. We are at all the restaurants for dinner. No problem if you tried to eat before 7. Loved no reservations. Great stay, would go back in a heartbeat."

"I recently stayed in this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The only positive part of the stay was that the room was clean. Other than that, the service was extremely poor. The customer service was terrible from the beginning. The staff and management were very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional throughout our stay. We did not feel welcomed or valued as guests at all. Any questions or concerns we had were handled with attitude and no effort to help. The food was also very bad and not worth the price. The quality and taste were disappointing, and the overall dining experience did not meet expectations. Overall, besides having a clean room, the hotel services were basically zero. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good hospitality or a relaxing vacation experience in Tulum."

"We stayed on the main floor and it feels like it’s our own house on the beach. Luckily no one was around so it feels very nice and private. The 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms were wonderful for layout and the common rooms of kitchen/living room and dining room were great for all of us to spend time together. The beach view was wonderful but the sargassum just ruined the experience as we couldn’t use the beach at all as there was so much weeds on shore and in water despite the staff hauling and spraying for the bad smell that gets more noticeable toward the end of the day. The other things that need improvements are: softer mattresses as they are way too hard, same with the hard cushions in the living room. Better maps as we couldn’t understand in middle of night why we were in another building two buildings away from the main one. It took us over half an hour to figure it out. Otherwise the knives are all dull but kitchen was well equipped for us to make family meals together. The staff is wonderful and responsive to our needs. They clean the condo every two days. Very attentive. The location feels safe and private. It is however at least 1km from the Tsuuk Nature Park. And there are no free beaches except in front of the condo. We luckily had a vehicle so we were able to visit nearby cenotes, Yal ku lagoon, Xel-Ha etc… lots of things to do besides the beach…"
