“Beautiful place with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were kept very clean Half of the resort was under construction ( probably because it was off season) and it made it tough to book reservations for restaurants. As they warn, there is lots of seaweed on the beach in the summer. The workers worked so hard to get rid of it but it was impossible. Most pools have swim up bars and there is lots to do! Public bathrooms are kept very clean!!!”

“The property was smaller than I'm used to, but it made it easier for getting around. I appreciated being a preferred guest because I was able to go to the other side of the resort where there's a pool to eat and drink at the water. There was also a jacuzzi there which was pretty cool. the food is honestly mid. I didn't come back with extra weight because the options weren't endless and the buffet hall is but so big. The game room is hot af, no AC at all so you get hot playing pool or ping pong.……

“This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. “This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……
