“El hotel es bonito, las habitaciones limpias, el personal muy amable En una de las habitaciones que reserve si tuve problemas pero nada grave, el frigobar no enfriaba correctamente, la tv se veía borrosa y tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado, se filtro bastante agua del techo afortunadamente fue en la última noche, pero los de mantenimiento acudieron casi de inmediato a solucionarlo.”

“Very disappointed with our stay. This resort did not meet the expectations of an all-inclusive vacation. The front desk and management were not accommodating and constantly tried to nickel-and-dime guests. Our A/C didn’t work, and we were told we could move rooms only if we paid extra. We requested two queen beds but were only offered two doubles or one king. The room had ants in the bed, the bathroom was extremely small, and there was little to no privacy because the shower/changing area faced……

“The cost to use a bbq is outrageous and unreasonable so we didnt have any bbqs. Then they wanted to charge an extra $100 for a 2 hour late check out. Other than that the accommodations are amazing and the grounds are well kept and lovely to hang around. The staff was super friendly and helpful.”
