"I travel a lot for work on my own in remote areas of NH & VT, so finding a safe and comfortable place to stay is very important to me. The staff at Birchwood were so kind and welcoming. My room was well prepared and very clean. The only thing that made me a little nervous was the back door in the room because I was unsure if the lock actually worked and only a thin see through drape covered the window. Just something to be cognizant of for young women traveling alone! Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely come again! "

"Had a fabulous time at the Great Wolf Lodge Fitchburg, Ma Everyone was a first timer and we were all impressed with the quick check-in / out in addition to the daily age range of activities offered in and out of the water. The service was amazing, staff were so professional, the lifeguards were very active and well trained. The food and servers at the bar were so friendly & welcoming. They were over the top accommodating with a group of 10 with 5 kids and interacted with them all. It made a great place to watch the Celtics Championship Game. The rooms and facilities were stocked and clean. The Mattresses weren't the best. Definitely a new lifer and signed up for the Voyager Club for return visits & future Birthday Parties."
