“My wife and I have been coming here for the last 12 years. It used to be the San Juan water Beach club. Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms. Management needs some better social skills.”

Cuando llegamos al cuarto el lavamanos estaba lleno de pelos, el zafacón encima del inodoro y la cortina de la bañera enrollada, al parecer iban a limpiar el baño y nunca lo hicieron o no lo terminaron. La funda de la almohada estaba manchada. No nos sentimos cómodos y no se sentía limpio, solo íbamos a pasar una noche porque salíamos de viaje temprano en la mañana, única razón por la que decidimos quedarnos porque ya era tarde en la noche.”

The space it self was STUNNING!! The outdoor space was PERFECTION!!!!
