“Room was clean and most staff was friendly. Free breakfast was ok. Had to ask staff to replenish milk, sausage, etc. in order to eat. There were a lot of guests eating at the same time. We would stay here again.”

“This hotel is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I was given a room different from what I booked and still charged more. After only a few nights, my body was covered in bedbug bites, and the mattress showed clear signs of infestation and poor hygiene. I had to change rooms, and the replacement room was barely functional. The worst part: after checkout, I left three bags at reception to collect later, and two were stolen. The staff and management showed zero responsibility or urgency. No one……

“I just drove up to my room and a maintenance guy was right there, about to use his key to walk in! When I finally got inside, the door was cracked open and a staff member was just sitting at the desk hanging out on the phone. The room was just as bad—no hand soap, stained sheets, and they only swap towels every three days. I finally complained to the front desk. They offered another room, but by then, I was just over it. They didn't do anything else to make up for the headache.”

“The breakfast was wonderful! The gentleman who was there was making waffles and serving guest with the greatest attitude ever! He gets 10 stars!! ”

“The trash cans were over flowing all over the ground, there were stray cats everywhere. The grass area is not pet friendly and had glass in it. The room had duct tape holding the floor together, rust all over the shower, brown stains in the toilet. Thin sheet for the bed, and one pillow on a full size bed. The vending machines were sold out. The staff was friendly, the fridge and freezer were ice cold. ”

“Great property next to I 295 and close to restaurants. Costco is within walking distance as well. The personnel is very friendly and always looking to help.”

“The breakfast menu was very good except for one item...the choices of cereal. Two of the 3 were full of sugar! Like lucky charms, etc. Usually there is raisin bran, corn flakes and something like the cheerios. Very disappointed since I like cereal in the morning. These sugary cereals are unhealthy especially for kids. ”
