“Some of the staff members were very welcoming, others it just seemed like you got on their nerves when asking a question. The room was nice and clean the only problem we had was at night the AC unit didn't work throughout the night so it was burning hot so we couldn't really get any sleep (my wife and our 2 year old son) when I let the front desk know and asked could they move us to a different room, all that was told to us is sorry for the inconvenience and that they would wave the resort fee.……

“Facilities are dated and look nothing the photos. Our room had a mildew/mold stench. The conditioner in the shower was empty. The couch cushions in the room were clearly dirty in desperate need of washing. The pools were great to help cool off. Also this hotel robs you. They place a “resort fee” of $28/night. They claim to offer free. Breakfast but I didn’t take advantage of that: This hotel is far from a resort.”
