“We LOVE this resort, this was our second time here. Know that when Expedia says all taxes and fees included, that’s just for them, because we got a fat bill at the end of our stay for their overpriced resort fees and their taxes!!! We paid like an extra 200 on top of everything we already paid for the booking!! Sooo crazy. Way too much money for a place like this that’s noisy and under construction. They don’t warn you about being under construction. but they very much are. Made our cars very……

“Some of the staff members were very welcoming, others it just seemed like you got on their nerves when asking a question. The room was nice and clean the only problem we had was at night the AC unit didn't work throughout the night so it was burning hot so we couldn't really get any sleep (my wife and our 2 year old son) when I let the front desk know and asked could they move us to a different room, all that was told to us is sorry for the inconvenience and that they would wave the resort fee.……
