The hotel is a great location. the rooms are dirty, carpet needs a good shampoo, we saw a mouse, we changed rooms 3 times, ive stayed there before and thought I was going to have the same experience as the first.
Subway direct to 9/11 Museum and Battery Park, connecting trains to anywhere. Can walk to midtown. Around the corner from Irish Rep theater and other arts. Nice bagels, cream cheese, coffee etc. Pleasant and comfortable. Close to WholeFoods, Starbucks, Donuts for those on tbe run!
Despite 75 degree weather in mid April, it wasn’t open....even just to sit up there. That was a terrible disappointment as we had a large group and booked specifically for that reason Staff was the best we have had though, particularly in the city. Breakfast choices were wonderful. Hotel was spotless. ...
The hotel is in a great location and relatively spacious. They had breakfast buffet that had gluten-free options which was perfect for us!! One downside would be that I thought all Hyatt houses had kitchenettes, but my room did not. Regardless, it was great!
The line to check in was extremely slow. While waiting in line in the lobby that looks like it belongs in bangkok, the music was loud and the tv even louder, making for quite a din. The room was nice with nice linens and a good fan to make white noise for a good nights sleep.
Tucked away from Times Square this hotel gives you the best of both worlds. The room was small and I got two double beds instead of one and the view wasn’t great. Actually felt like the room was dark because of the lack of sunlight. Anyways, would recommend for short stays.
Innside is located on a quiet street in lower Manhattan. We stayed there on a Saturday night. It has a very nice open lobby/cafe out front, which will be nice during warm weather. This hotel is close to Penn Station and the Chelsea neighborhood. The room was nice and clean. Be aware that it, like ...
Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is not friendly.
Room was on the first floor next to where they prepare the free breakfast. Noise started at 415 am and never stopped. Yelling, pans bangin, carts run across tile floor. It was totally impossible to sleep!
Charming, well-appointed hotel, really well located near 8th Ave subway lines, The HIghline, Chelsea Market and the Joyce Theatre. I'll be back for sure!
Overall it was a good experience. Room was small very compact, barely walking room but for one night it was ok to deal with, will not stay there long term if all their rooms are that size. Staff was great, they made checking in and out easy and stress free. Overall not bad. Will stay again but short ...
Stayed here on a last mintue stay. The place and rooms are tiny. Even for NYC. It was very clean and free breakfast in the am. If you are in a pinch it works just way better option even just a couple blocks away
Nice hotel, well-maintained, conveniently located. Helpful staff. For old folks like us, the halls were rather dimly lit.
The Eventi is a great hotel. It's away from the bustle of Times Square but still within walking distance. Close to Empire State Building and plenty of amenities. The Staff is very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Overall, a great experience!
the staff was very nice and pleasant . this is a brass tacks hotel in manhattan. but it is clean and really sufficient. centrally located. i was happy to get to the hotel and rest after a day of touring.
I stayed from 13 to 16 April '18 and the service was outstanding! Check in time is 3pm; I arrived at 11:00 am, and they allowed me to get to my room early. The night of the 13th there was a malfunction with the fire alarms. The hotel worked with Expedia to refund my $ for that night. I also got a ...
Hotel and staff were great. Everyone was friendly and we were able to check in early. Staff members were able to hold bags and had a good system with tracking tags rather than the "pile of bags" I've seen at some other hotels. Only downside was that the soundproofing on the rooms left a little something ...
The hotel is in a very good location for west side of mid-town. Like most hotels in manhattan, it's a bit run down, the rooms are small, the staff is sometimes friendly, sometimes completely disengaged, and sometimes untrained. The bed was okay. The wall air conditioner was quiet, but so close to ...
The walls in the room were scarred up but other than that the staff was extremely helpful and we enjoyed our stay.
I spent one night prior to taking the Amtrak from Penn Station. I had a single room on the 4th floor. The hotel has no elevator. I carried my bag up but porters are available and friendly. Hotel staff, at the desk and porters, were friendly and accommodating. Room was small and very narrow but clean. ...
