"We had a superior sea front room which was very big & comfortable. Everything was good. The staff were very helpful & polite. It was just a shame the frontage & entry to the hotel was a bit worn out & old fashioned. Tables and chairs and a few pot plants would have been good. A new carpet at the entrance & a lick of paint would have made such a difference. "

"Good location, grounds and facilities. But for the price and a 5* hotel they were a few niggles such as the bathroom needed some bleach around the shower and sink plug hole ect. For the luxury they're advetising deep cleaning should be an obvious but didnt looked like it had been done. And masses of cobwebs around the doors to get into rooms. "

The breakfast was perfect, our stay perfect and I would come again. We only had 4 teabags in the room so had to buy some the second day but its hardly a big issue. We paid for the breakfast and decided to have it later to avoid the business people, however they stop refilling some items… it is our 3rd time here ! And we really like the town & the hotel !! The location is great & friendly staff & comfortable room’s modern & minimalist! We love it! "

"A few small maintenance and cleanliness issues like chipped plaster on one of the walls, stained lampshades and cushion and one of the lights did not work and the plug in the Bath had no chain on it so trying to get it out of the plug hole was a nightmare, but these were all small issues and they did not affect our stay here and we were very happy in general.
