“The breakfast prep person is what makes the breakfast work. She keeps the food freshly turned around so there is plenty of everything and she makes sure that the coffee is hot and fresh. Also keeps the guest in line to put their dishes away. A hard job well done, especially for being able to get the stuff ready for 6am”

“There were multiple homeless men wondering around through out the day up to dark. Managers less than helpfull. Usual free Breakfast items very limited. I stayed”

“I arrived to check in at 5pm (check in starts at 4pm) and was told that the room that I had initially booked and paid extra for was already given to someone else. Other than that, the property was a older but well kept. The bar and restaurant was very good and convenient, The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. ”

“This is a great location. Very walkable to downtown restaurants and breweries. The staff was amazing. They cleaned the room everyday even though I didn’t really require it. Grandpa (me) messed up and didn’t book the room for my full stay. So when on my last day in the Springs I could not get the elevator to work I had to go to the lobby and learn that I only paid for 3 days not the 4 I thought I booked. Luckily it was not sold out and they made it easy for me to stay another night. I will stay……
