The location is everything as it is 1 street over from main street. The room was a nice size with 2 double beds and was clean with a large private balcony overlooking the street. The room had a mini fridge, a TV with limited cable, a telephone, great air conditioning and lighting. We stayed for 3 nights. We visited Cape Cod National Seashore on our arrival day. The next day we took a roundtrip ferry ride to Nantucket. The day after, a round-trip ferry ride to Martha's vineyard. Breakfast was included. We had a room on the 2nd floor which was nice and quiet.

Our 2 queen bed room was very spacious and clean. The balcony view overlooking the harbor was very nice. The property has ample parking with easy room access and is very centrally located. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

The sliding glass door to the room was broken and the room was on the ground floor. I was charged a parking fee of $25.00 a night. I find this unreasonable for a $500.00 a night room.

The staff was great. We were greeted by John who immediately gave our dog a treat and showed us to our room. The facilities were beautiful and the staff was exceptional. Kevin at the bar was always willing to help and go the extra mile to make everyone happy. This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at.
