“Very nice place to stay. Many activities available”

“The Stanley itself was beautiful especially while driving up to it. The rooms were small, hot and you could not regulate the temperature, and the construction was terrible (loud, early 6:30, with a lot of loud cursing). Restaurants were good, pricey and hard to get reservations to. Went to the bar at the hotel-Chris was excellent! Close to RMNP. Cool history. Did the ghost tour.”

“BEWARE! If you book through Expedia, the hotel, upon checkout, is STILL going to charge you a room fee as well as a parking fee of $15, even if you don't have a car and park there. I had paid for two rooms through Expedia and was then charged, at checkout, for a $15 parking fee as well as a room fee. Per management, no worries, that they would just remove my charge on Expedia, however, 10 days later, I was still fighting with the hotel, when they eventually decided to return my call. I finally……

“It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds. Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.”

“Beds were wore out. Charge a resort fee, which is supposed to include water bottles in your room. Doesn't work when they don't clean your room and replace the small two drinks of water in their water bottles. Better food at other casinos in town.”
