“Very nice place to stay. Many activities available”

“Fascinating experience! The staff are amazing!”

“This resort was beautiful and very well ran. We were here in the shoulder season so not many guests. Any issues or request that we had, guest services handled it quickly. There were a couple things that could’ve been better in our unit, number 103. The ceiling fan made a constant ticking noise forcing us to leave it off and we got very hot at night. We tried lowering the thermostat to 55 but the heat still kicked on. We ended up turning the heat completely off and opening the windows; we were on……

“Quite a nice place to stay. We may choose this place again in the future. Only one niggle really- the breakfast choices were quite limited and unhealthy. Seemed crazy that half the time you had to sign in at a podium to be given a paper plate, whereas the other half the time the podium was un staffed and we just helped ourselves.”

“Very good. ”

“It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds. Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.”

“The staff during my stay were friendly and made me feel really welcomed.”

“Staff was courteous and attentive.”

“好好👍”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“Perfect hotel with large and good rooms.”
