“Clean room and great campus!”

“The room itself was actually comfortable … so thank you. That said, the shower tray did not drain (yuk). The view from the room was pretty bad and the curb appeal of the property poor. This seems to be a growing trend in the UK and is saddens me … owners and operators need to find a little time to do these things if they want my money. Sorry … but I can’t avoid these points being made!”
