“First time visiting Big Spring and I was super impressed with this hotel. I have no complaints. The staff was fantastic, helpful, courteous, all the things! Bar was great and the restaurant was good too. Hands down, we'll stay here again when we're back in town.”

“安全感”

“Breakfast was good, room was clean and staff was very friendly.”

“The hotel is a little older, but it was very well maintained & clean! Beds were so comfortable and room was clean. Perfect for price range.”

“ok”

“The shampoo and conditioner were on a thing on the wall and they fell off …. There was not any lotion at all …. No sausage at the breakfast bar…. Other than that I was very comfortable”

“It was very clean, comfortable, quiet and close to their Main Street. Staff was friendly, professional, caring”

“I know what to reasonably expect for hotels at this price level and we are very disappointed. There is no amenity except one bar soap. There is a coffee maker but no coffee nor tea. The worst is the towels. They are very old. The we found the bed sheet has stain and the pillows smells. This is close to unacceptable.”

“You can see a lot of wear and tear at this hotel.”

“I think you should change your picture of the facility to give people a better idea of what it actually looks like. ”

“Clean, up to date appliances and furniture. Quiet neighborhood. Fenced yard. Would recommend and use again.”
