“When I arrived. I was booked in the wrong room then they had to run around and find me a room. I went thru 3 different rooms. then there was hair in the bed sheets and I don’t have any hair, especially blonde. Ms Bri and Mr. En were helpful. I was told I would have to wait an hour for more towels. After all that the manager gave me a discount that he could have just kept . Please don’t go there. I’m highly disappointed with Best Western.”

“There was a used microfiber towel on my nightstand when I checked in and sticky stuff on the desk in the room. I have low expectations for hotel breakfasts in general, and these failed to meet even that. No service inside the hotel, yet the second you walk outside you have full bars. It’s like they block service so you have to connect to their WiFi.”
