“not great”

“The bed and shower were good. The floors were dirty and needed to be mopped. My feet were black getting into the shower.”

“Property is in need of some TLC. Fairly clean rooms, walls need some drywall repair and painting; staff was friendly.”

“The property was a good value for the money. The breakfast was very good with many choices. Our room needed a little maintenance. The barn door handle on the bathrooms side was unscrewed, and our window shade couldn’t be adjusted. The room was spacious and clean. ”

“First, the pillows barely qualify as pillows. Bring your own. Second, the pool was closed. Nothing said why or if it will open at all. Third, bring earplugs. Noisy neighbors all night ”

“Room was overall clean, staff was very nice and friendly. Pool didn’t work but it was cold outside anyway. Tub faucet runs nonstop in room 200. Curtain didn’t cover the entire window to block others from peeking in as well as blocking out the sunlight the next morning. We stretched it the best we could. When we arrived back to the room a roach was crawling on the wall. Not many options in the area. Could use more updates for sure. Door key reader is old and rusty. They tried but it needs some……

“Grounds were junky, 3 big barking dogs in the house (tho didn't keep us up). There was another bedroom across hall (looked recently inhabited), had to go into bathroom thru hallway for drinking water (sign stated water in fridge, but was empty). Shag carpet in room, no thermostat control seen, bed was foam mattress. No dresser, chair, or mirror in room. Room seemed clean tho.Thankful it was just one night. Never saw or heard host. Thought rave reviews had to have been fake. Our first VRBO……

“Most hospitable hosts I've ever had, and we do stays once a month on average! I originally booked bc of the proximity to an event I was attending, the good price, and a yurt sounded fun! All of that was amazing, but the place so exceeded my expectations! The place is fully decked out with all the technology, comfort, supplies, and cute furnishings you could wish for. “Adorable 1 bedroom apartment on 2 stories walking distance from restaurants on broad. Lovely charm and a cool wrap around porch. Very southern! Only criticism is the bed was foam or something and while soft and first we both could feel it in the am. I also thought the living room furniture looked old so we did not sit in there at all. Host was awesome! And i would highly recommend! ”
