“Unfortunately, our stay was pretty disappointing. The breakfast was overcooked and not very enjoyable. The hot tub was out of order, and the pool was poorly maintained. Our room was on the second floor, and the AC barely worked. We noticed the third floor was even worse, while the main floor seemed to be the only area that was actually cool. On top of that, the vending machines were not working. Overall, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that made the stay less comfortable……

“While everything was clean, this property is trying too hard to be “fancy” when it’s a budget hotel. The whole place is dark and full of too large furniture. It’s like walking into the beginning of a low-budget scary movie. The hallways were roasting and unoccupied rooms were left open. And while I love knowing a place is clean, I don’t need to smell the cleaners and bleach every minute I’m inside the building. The room was clean but dated. The ac was VERY loud, both beds squeaked, and the……

“We had really dirty unwashed sheets. Duck taped water pipes. Mouse traps around the room. Brown stains on the bathtub head to toe. Marker drawn on everything. Dirty spots all over the curtains. Weird smell, like a nursing home but a dirty one. There was people throwing things at the window of the room I was in. I booked for a queen bed and got a single bed. Air conditioning was broken in some ways it was extremely loud when it would turn on which woke me up almost every hour through the night.……

“這次來住宿四晚，基本上這是提供一個簡單的房間，有冰箱、微波爐、瓦斯爐跟電視機。沒有提供個人清潔用品，如牙刷、沐浴乳等，衛生紙只有兩捲。簡單講，把它當作是民宿一部份應該不為過。每天不會清潔房間，除非您提出需要，再付一點費用就會幫您清潔，如果住一個星期以上的話，建議每星期打掃一次。 整體環境算是乾淨，靠交流道進，所以要去其他地方逛或是吃飯算是很方便，但是步行很難，基本上都要開車出去或是租Uber/Lyft等。 如果要便宜，這是一個好選擇，但是如果要享受住宿服務跟清潔的話，可能要多付一點錢去市區的高級飯店。”
