“I've staying at Hollywood before and had pretty decent visits with no real problems. However my last visit went left after checkout I noticed a charge for an upgrade I never asked for. I was told it would be taken off and not charged but 2 days later it posted in my account...fast forward over 2 weeks, several calls and 2 messages for a callback from a supervisor I never received ...I finally called again and was able to speak with a supervisor who took 2 minutes to refund my money saying it may……

“While the location was convenient, there are other nearby hotels that are better for the money. We arrived and were placed on the second floor. They told me, it was quicker to access the stairs to get to the room and so I did. I get to the room (which was supposed to be a larger room) and both of my keys flash red and I hear a tv on inside of the room. I go back down and tell them all of this…they reassign the keys. I go back up, same thing except this time the tv isn’t as loud and we hear……

“The Expedia directions to this property will take you to the Econo Lodge parking lot, further down the road. It then guides you to the back area where some shady creatures roam. Don’t stop, make a U-turn and leave immediately. Don’t make eye contact with the local prostitute who camps out there. Just drive. Once you figure out on your own where this Best Western is, by actually looking out of your windshield, you will find that this is more of an old school motel-style property. It’s right next……

“The first room we had tv did not work then they moved us to dirty room where there was brown stuff all over the bathroom and the shower bobs were off ”

“Yes they did it was so good, well prepared and great to look at and taste the best breakfast ever.Staff went out of they way to take care of you me and my husband was pleased it was gis birthday. Rooms was awesome we had a king suite. Great view from where we was. ”
