“Was kinda upset about the ocean view Paid for the room but with the blue tent and how dirty the window was, we couldnt see out the window.”

“I've staying at Hollywood before and had pretty decent visits with no real problems. However my last visit went left after checkout I noticed a charge for an upgrade I never asked for. I was told it would be taken off and not charged but 2 days later it posted in my account...fast forward over 2 weeks, several calls and 2 messages for a callback from a supervisor I never received ...I finally called again and was able to speak with a supervisor who took 2 minutes to refund my money saying it may……

“I booked a non smoking king room, they had us for a smoking king room, WE DON'T SMOKE so we had to settle for something other than what we originally booked. Also the front desk clerk may need a drug test very soon because she sure was in a hurry for absolutely no reason at all, but it was a very clean facility just maybe needs to be ran differently and get better organized for booking rooms.”

“The property is old and run down. The maintenance in the room was not done. Dirty floors, bed sheets had stains - bath room and sink area has someone else’s hair. You get what you paid for”

“Hair Everywhere, Mold In Coffee Pot From Left Over Coffee Filter and old coffee. Coffee pot wasn’t clean, burn marks in the covers , fridge didn’t work and air conditioner almost caught fire when I turned the heat on. ”
