“Overall the resort and amenities are top notch. My 3 rating is due to the lack of housekeeping services. We stayed for 5 nights and never had any housekeeping. I learned you you need request services, which I did on our 3rd day. When we returned to the room later that day we found a complete set of towels on the counter, but garbage wasn't taken, the bed wasn't made, the coffee bar wasn't refreshed, the dirty towels weren't taken, and the lock was flipped to keep our door open. I called and was……

“Staff was great and room was clean but the mattress made me feel like I got in a fight when I awoke the next morning. Pool was great although slimy but overall fun. ”

“Grote kamers met grote badkamer. Buffet in het hotel was goed. Personeel niet zo vriendelijk daar. Tv was kapot, werd gelijk een nieuwe gehaald. Je krijgt korting met de play card. Ook krijg je 5 dollar om te spelen.”

“I am boiling!!! We got woken up to someone trying to break into our room. No knock, no phone call. I had ALL the locks locked! Woke my husband up and he’s trying to look through the peep hole and he said “oh it’s just housekeeping”. He goes to the bathroom and they are still trying to get into our room. They finally knock and he answers the door and some man is standing with housekeeping and says “we have been trying to get into ur room”. My husband said yeah buddy we trying to sleep and……

“Friendly staff!!! Hotel accommodate local routes. Only thing I would change is providing microwave in rooms to reheat outside food!! Highly recommen this will be my stay for every trip.”

“Everything was great except the pool and hot tub. They let us use the next door one but it wasn't great either. Hyatts pool was freezing and the hot tub was just as cold. The pool next door was warm pool water and colder hott tub. If they got that under control it would have been a perfect stay. Food is good. Its alot to choose from and they do change it up. And yes breakfast & parking is included so that was a plus too. I'd definitely stay here again. Room was very spacious and clean.”
