“I had an issue with the card key. It would not let us open the door to the room and upon resetting it by the desk it still wouldn't work. The third time the desk gave us new cards and after many attempts it finally took. All of this happened around 12:00 a.m. unfortunately. And on top of that the desk and the room are about a 3 block drive away.”

“Staff members were friendly, but were fully absorbed with a tour group when we arrived. So no help for our luggage. Although later on a staff member was quite helpful with our questions. The place sells itself as luxury, but it's sort of a pseudo-luxury. The room are nice, average size. The room doors are so heavy, one doesn't need a workout room. The pool was small, but clean. However, the smell of chlorine was so overpowering as to make it uncomfortable. The shower had marginal water pressure……

“Really cool site. Shared bathrooms were very clean, staff was helpful, fire pit and s’mores was cool. Only complaint would be the trains that go quite frequently throughout the night.”

“The property was well kept and very shaded. bathrooms and showers weren't too far from any cabin/campsite. The place was pretty full but still felt relatively quiet and empty (I assume because most people were at the National park) They had bear spray, ice, and everything needed for a campfire (and much more). Be prepared that the site is on the side of a hill so you'll be walking/driving up and down. It's annoying that you need quarters to run the showers. 50 cents is pleanty of time for a……

“The stay was quite disappointing. Upon entering our room, we found an ozone machine still left inside. After looking it up and learning that high concentrations of ozone can affect the respiratory tract, I grew concerned about the hotel's housekeeping and safety procedures. We informed the front desk and were moved to a new room, but unexpectedly, the bedsheets there were dirty. After a long day of traveling, it was exhausting to deal with a room change, only to encounter further hygiene issues.……
