"It was very dark room. More lighting would be good. A bulb by the bed was missing. Soap dispenser was empty. Breakfast was minimal. Otherwise excellent. "

"This property has been renovated & has a modern, clean & luxurious feel. We were only there for a few brief hours to shower & sleep so felt like we probably missed out, but the location is excellent. BUT HUGE SHOUTOUT to the staff. I left my Ipad and the housekeeper turned it in. The front desk staff called me and helped me get it sorted out. They were so nice and helpful and it just says a lot to me about their integrity!!! "

"We had such a nice stay! The location is just perfect! You can walk for coffee, restaurants, shopping, and bars. We spent most of our time enjoying the back deck, yard, dock, and boat hoist. It was the perfect location to enjoy the lake! The house is clean and updated. Our host was easy to contact. There are only 2 bathrooms (for 11 people), which was a challenge first thing in the morning, but it was not a huge deal! I would HIGHLY recommend this property!"

" We had an amazing stay at this property for our family reunion! It was perfect for our large group — plenty of space, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and lots of gathering areas for meals and hangouts. The beds were super comfy, and everything was clean and high-quality. The house was also accessible for Grandma, which made a big difference. Visually, the place was really cool and fun — thoughtfully decorated and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better: just a 5-minute walk to the beach and right in the middle of everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic. A couple of small issues came up, and they responded quickly and resolved them right away. We’re already planning to stay with them again — probably in this same property as a group, and maybe even in one of their nearby properties for smaller trips. Highly recommend!"

"Overall, the stay was very good. We were a little unsure of the bed sizes until we got there. The bunkbeds are full over full and not twin sizes, so that helped. We did have 12 people so we did utilize every bed.There were plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Having 2.5 bathrooms definitely helped with a group this size.We wished the fire table would have been downstairs or even a firepit, but that wasn’t a deal breaker. Parking is very tight even with the use of the garage. We did appreciate being able to use the garage because we did have 3 vehicles. Overall, we’d come back and stay again!"

"Beautiful B and B in a great setting, out and away from the touristy part of Okoboji. Good service with lots of amenities. Not on the water, but nice, peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was unique, but with no real choices."
