"We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property that is well taken care of. Our kids loved the yard and river when it wasn’t raining. There were tons of beds. There is only a tv in the bunk room. The rest were in the closets. Assuming it was to optimize sleeping space to accommodate more people. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. I wish it was in every Vrbo we stay at! "Great getaway and beautiful river venue - good consideration for large gatherings close to DFW; Friendly and knowledgeable staff; however, we stayed on a Tuesday night and staff left at 5 so no access to recreation cabin, ice, lodge until next morning. Close enough to Mineral Wells to get dinner and drinks at the few places that were open on a Tuesday evening. Fishing dock was pleasant and strolling the grounds a unique experience. Bed just okay. Room and BR extremely clean and quiet. No need...
