“Good location.”

“The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the……

“Felt completely deceived! I booked the hotel because of the large windows shown online, but the actual room had a tiny window and felt extremely cramped and depressing. Never coming back!”

“Good”

One complaint was we were told valet for our whole stay would be $46 but then were charged $90 for two nights stay,……

The guy at the front desk was very unprofessional and I had to go up to the front desk in a different building for questions since he would not answer the phone. When I complained, he copped an attitude! The included continental breakfast was very sparse. Even though……

When we came downstairs for dinner. Nobody was at the stand to show us to a table. There was noise in the kitchen. I tried to get their attention. Finally someone came out and told me the kitchen was closed. He did give us the name of a place we could walk to. We were very disappointed. When I told Cece about it she took……
