“Hotel location is great and walkable to various places such as old town, Mirabelle palace, etc. The room is nice too. My only problem is tve locatik. of the tv which is just above the desk. I hit my head several times. The breakfast was not worth it for the cost of €15. There is also no staff and guest service you need to call outside which was not clear aa there are no instructions in the room.”

“The room is clean and spacious. Staff is helpful and explained everything. Parking is convenient. However, it is a bit away from the city center. With car, I have no issue on distance but the parking in city center is not easy esp in weekends as many roads are pedestrianized.”

“Excellent location and very nice room; the staff is warm and helpful.”

“The rooms are very nice. Shower could be hotter, towels a little bit better, a night light would help. Breakfast excellent, sauna very nice.”

“No tea cup and kettle but can request to have immediate response. Appreciate”

“One of the best hotel in Salzburg”
