Once sorted, after an hour, only one room key worked and the parking pass was missing. They knew the pass was missing but said nothing. The management company did help once contacted. The front desk is very reluctant to help since this unit is privately owned and managed by a separate company. We felt embarrassed. They told use we are not allowed to use pool towels. No……

“My wife and I, along with our older son, daughter in law, and 2 grandchildren (ages 3 and 1) from North Carolina stayed in this VRBO for 2 nights in mid October. It was the perfect set up for us! There was plenty of room to move around inside of the unit, as well as on the outside wrap around deck.
