“My family and I had a great short stay at the Historic Home in Breck. The home was very clean and had everthing we needed. The location is a simple walk to the Main Street shops and restuarants. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit.The communication with the owner was easy and the check-in/out process is smooth. Thanks again for a wonderful quick weekend stay!”

“The individual rooms are outdated and in serious need of renovation. Parking situation is very cramped and, on our last day, half of it was inexplicably closed off. This property allows individuals to own condos and rent them out while you can also book directly with the property. We didn't realize this and went with the lower priced option which was an individually owned property. As a result when I went to the front desk to ask for additional pillows and blankets, I was told they couldn't……

“Unfortunately, the lift at the base of the peak was closed. This was outside of the property's control. The property itself was fantastic. The pool and parking were easy to access and very clean. The condo is older with issues. The drainage in the bathroom sink and bathtub did not work. The host sent someone ASAP to fix the issue. My main complaint was the cleanliness of the condo. It was dusty, the under-sink area was gross with leftover food everywhere, and the sheets were not clean. Also,……

“Cedars townhomes are true ski in ski out, especially this unit that is one of the ones facing peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift. I have stayed at Cedars many times and this is an excellent location to the slopes and to town. The unit had everything we needed and was very clean. It has a washer and dryer in the unit. The manager was quick to get a hold of. She took care of a parking fee issue quickly. We will continue coming back here. ”

“Great property that made our holiday thoroughly enjoyable despite the dire snow conditions. Unfortunately, we couldn't ski as much as we had planned, so the location close to the Main Street, swimming pool, jacuzzis and the home comforts meant we could chill out and relax in and around the property. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, hot showers and very well equipped, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and I would love to stay there again should I return to Breckenridge in the future.……
