"They had remodeled the hallway but the bathroom could definitely use a refresh. The fixtures were clean but the floor looked dingy probably due to age. Great view from the balcony. Close to all of Gatlinburg. I would stay here again. "

"Great hotel! Loved the location because it’s accessible via a less busy road. Parking was a breeze. Check-in was fast and efficient. The concierge was also helpful and pleasant. Rooms are amazingly spacious and clean. Didn’t use the pools but they looked fun. Buffet breakfast was very good and lots of seating was available. Will definitely stay here again!"
