“Nice and quiet! Fireplace was great!”

“Our stay was rather disappointing. The property seems neglected. Some lightbulbs in the bathroom were not working . The coffee maker was really filthy inside. Instead of breakfast we were offered some packaged pastry from a gas station. Plus, there were a bunch of insects in the room. There was no drinking water in the property we ended up driving to get water. I don’t understand they can charge so much money ”

“Wonderful hidden gem in the Minnewaska/Mohonk region of NY! The lodge was beautiful and the staff was great (Donna was the best!). Highly recommend.”

“At check-in we were told that Marriot was “rolling out” parking fees and we were charged an additional charege to park our car in the open uncrowded lot. Unfortunately, this new junk fee is now my principal memory of this place. On the plus side when I noted this fact on checking out the woman at the desk deleted the charge. Hard to believe a company in the hospitality industry would think this was a good idea.”

“Room was was dirty, there had been a cat in the room and I have cat allergies, there are no other rooms to go to paint was peeling, wallpaper was peeling ,the place has no ice, no hair dryers no boxes of Kleenex no amenities at all except some soap at . This one of the was one of the most filthy properties I've ever been to . The people who go to that hotel pretty much come out of looks appeared to be criminals, not a very safe place. There was a parking spot specific for police in the front of……

“Miguel at the front desk was lovely. Very friendly, helpful, thorough, and fast. The bed was the best at any hotel we’ve ever been to…we are looking into buying one for our home! Only disappointment was the broken hot tub but oh well.”
