“The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.”

“Our visit was a lot of fun. The cottage is nicely renovated and the owner was very responsive to my questions. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out or gather for meals and games at the table. The fire pit was the best part of the grounds as it's next to the lake. I gave the property a 4 for two reasons: there isn't A/C, and unfortunately coming off of a heatwave, the cottage was hot/humid the first night even with 6 fans going and windows open; secondly, I……

“We had a wonderful time, the host was very helpful and friendly. The view of the Lake was beautiful and the many visits to the Golden State Park and Marina were enjoyed by myself and the dogs. We also visited the Yates Town Park which was just down the road a short drive. My husband and son went fishing and came back to a warm and cozy cottage! We loved it!!!”

“No ac and you could have the lights on and windows open or the bugs would invade the home”

“Wonderful cottage and hosts! The only thing that could have been a little more clear in the description is that the access to the water is not easy! A big drop and you have to scale big rocks to get up and down to the water.”

“This property was amazing! Super clean and had everything we needed! Host was amazing and went above and beyond to get us lighting on the first night power outage! Kids brought us over some sparklers for our children, soooo nice of them! They gave us info on good places to see the fireworks and festivities of the weekend! Definitely a very comfy homey environment! Highly recommend this comfy cabin!”

“We had a great time at this property. We were 8 adults, slept comfortably in each room with our own air conditioning. The property has a beautiful view of the lake-great to wake up to each morning. We didn’t feel like we were right on top of the neighbors as well, though they were nice. The main floor has a large kitchen, dinning, and living room space that is all open and connected which was a plus - didn’t feel cramped with 8 of us. And it was stocked with all the kitchen supplies you could……

“Our family had a great day! The home was well-maintained and quite cozy for a family of four. Very close to the water. Had a great experience! Would absolutely recommend this to others.”

“On site parking, clean rooms and a friendly staff.”

“I liked the ease of check in, the cleanliness of our room and the proximity to the interstate.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The only complaint was the cleaning service. The cleaning lady knocked on our door 3 times prior to checkout at 11am. We told her the 1st time we were not leaving until 11. It was quite rude!”

“Breakfast was terrible, fruit, bagel, and breakfast sandwich were are prepackaged. 2 of the 4 juice dispensers were out of order. Was assigned a room and when we went to open the door, the interior chain was on and someone was in the room. Bathroom was minimally acceptable with respect to cleanliness.”

“It’s very good ”

“You could see light through the door crack. Wouldn't close good. Heater smelled awful, couldn't use it. Bathroom sink faucet broken. Dirty sheets on bed.”

“The only reason I give it a three star is because the rooms AC couldn't be controlled, we tried turning it down but the room remained a bit warm the entire night.”

“The beds were comfortable and it had a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Staff was very welcoming.”
