“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”

“Everything about the facility was beautiful and amazing, and their staff works hard to make it that way. The on-site amenities include an exercise room, a pool, 3 hot tubs, 4 cornhole boards, and various fire pits at night, over which you can cook smores (guests are provided with a complimentary smores kit).
