“Amazing little oasis! Unique home, with cool decor. Missun and Dave are so kinda and welcoming which made us feel so comfortable. You can tell they are loved because all the guests there are now regulars that keep coming back.”

“A great spot to stay for 2 couples on a weekend trip! We were able to enjoy the waterside access in our yard, the private beach access a few minutes away (we drove once and walked once), and we’re able to visit a number of the businesses suggested to us in the Welcome Book provided by our hosts! Excellent experience for our first visit and would certainly return!”

“Enjoyed the stay. Easy access. ”

“This was a beautiful B&B to stay at! Parking and check in was so easy, as lol the information is sent to you ahead of time. So you can just go straight to your room with no formal check in or out. The property was just right next to multiple places to eat and just two blocks from the beach. Communication was also easy by using their text number.”

“Beautiful place great communication really clean really nice and cut”

“Great host, location, and beautiful well equipped house! Always family friendly!”

“This property was perfect. The owners were home and we had the chance to meet them and they made sure we could get in properly. The deck was wonderful - beautiful sitting there and enjoying coffee in the morning. The inside was spotless and bed was comfortable. It was on a quiet street and it was delightful. Highly recommend this property for a couple's get away!”

“My mom and I stayed June 13th-June 15th. It is in a cute little town with walkable areas. The host was very helpful with check in. Would stay again!”

“Host was more than welcoming and we were not disappointed. Pictures and description are exactly what you get. Home is immaculate and well maintained down to the towels!! Would absolutely stay again when visiting family in the area. Family friendly. ”

“Very nice little cottage, quite neighborhood and great location. Host was very friendly, helpful and available when needed. House is cute inside & out, nice beach theme. The bed is very comfortable, the sleeper sofa was found to be uncomfortable. The outside enclosure was very much enjoyed, with the seating, lights & fan. We enjoyed our stay here. We would rent this property again. Perfect cottage for 2.”

“While we would love to keep Magnolia Hideaway our little secret, I have to confess itis a five star package all rolled into one! From the location, to the comfort, to the excellent wrap around porch, to the completeset up of everything inside. To the Boutique below and the wonderful and friendlyhost/owner (Scott). Everything was clean and comfortable, well stocked and the decorations, artwork and all that went into creating this wonderful spot in Colonial Beach the best stay we have had at……

From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much thought and care had gone into making it a beautiful, comfortable place to relax. The view is simply incredible, and we spent so much time enjoying it from the magnificent front porch. It was the perfect spot to sip coffee in the morning and unwind in the evening. The house itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. Every room felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. “The large deck was perfect for relaxing, especially under the huge shade tree making even the hottest days bearable. The water was for kayaking around. Interior was decorated well and very clean. Would stay here again.”
