"For the price, I don't think there's a better hotel in Crescent City. The had a room with an ocean view with a balcony, and hot tub for $110.00. Also stayed four nights around Memorial Day last year in a 2 room suite for less than $500.00. Rooms are nice and pretty big and the hotel is quiet.
Breakfast is okay, bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs, apples, and yogurt. If you want more then Apple Peddlers is basically next door and has pretty good breakfast. "

"The showerhead popped off when I turned the water on. I took forever to get it put back on had to make it myself because I needed to take a shower. I was in a hurry and undressed and did not want to call and wait for maintenance so I fixed it myself, but it took forever to get hot water. Also also smelled like pot smoke. And the bed was not comfortable at all"
