When she found out it was my birthday, she kindly upgraded us to the best room in our category — a beautiful corner room with an amazing view of Lower Manhattan. Her thoughtfulness and warm attitude made our stay truly……

“Pros: Hotel is clean. Pillow is very comfy. Location is convenient close to Fulton St Station and many downtown attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Cons: no coffee maker at room, room temperature can only be adjusted up to 74 degrees, which was too cold for us. # please note there will be $100 deposit and $20 facility fee per night. ”
