What a beautiful B&B. Our room was exceptional and the bathroom was modern and lovely. Our two course breakfast was served elegantly with fine china, crystal, and chargers and at the time of our choice. We left feeling like we had been treated royally!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Brooksville. Very close to everything downtown and the sweetest couple owns it. The house and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We will definitely stay again.

I highly recommend this staycation. I was greeted by the owner and given a historic tour of the property . The facility was very clean and cozy, no orders or smells. I especially love the porch with the rocking chairs. It close at the historic district with restaurants for breakfast within walking distance. Very well maintained and unique bed-and-breakfast. Owners were terrific.

I had a mini vacation here between conferences at the University of Florida. I had a delightful room, wonderful facilities, gardens, saltwater pool, and the cat Butterscotch was a wonderful friend as I had a lovely evening in a rocker on the porch with a bit of wine and a book. I highly recommend the massage therapist option. She was wonderful and set up and collapse was not intrusive in my room.

We have stayed here many times and ALWAYS enjoyed our stay. The rooms are well kept, the grounds are immaculate and the breakfast is wonderful. I'm a little afraid to post this review because after this it maybe too hard for us to get a room in the future......

Really fun place to stay! I've stayed here a few times and it's always a pleasure. Each room has its own theme and they really go all out with the decor. The breakfast is excellent; a hot meal cooked fresh, and the staff are very accommodating of food allergies. The B&B keeps a stock of snacks and teas/drinks out all day. This B&B is SUPER clean. Great place to stay if you take advantage of Schooner Freedom charter cruise, minutes away.

This was great place to stay and was in a great location. Every thing was in walking distance and was only about 100 yards off Duval Street yet on the hotel property the gardens made you feel like you were in the middle of nowhere. I would highly recommend this place and we stay there next time I am back in Key West.
