“We arrived late and they sent their shuttle to pick us up at the airport. They have nice, warm cookies for guests. Nothing near the hotel except the convention center so they make the shuttle available to get to town/ rental car pick up point. Hotel very empty. Staff friendly. Nice, comfortable room and very good price/value.”

“Hi there was a lady bartender she was limping and the lady African American who check us in (sorry I am not good with names ) they both exceeded the expectation the other they were ok! the breakfast was good but if some items went out they took long time to refill, so over all our stay was good”

“We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. Front desk staff was helpful with recommendations for restaurants while in the area to explore Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Wall Drug, Badlands etc.”

“We enjoyed our close proximity to the pool. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was okay but a bit pricey. The bed was very uncomfortable and the carpet appeared to be in need of cleaning throughout the halls and room.”

“We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Rapid City for one week. Overall, the property was nice, and we appreciated the warm cookies offered in the evening as well as the lemon ice water available in the lobby. Unfortunately, there were some issues during our stay. My husband, who has Alzheimer’s, stepped on something while barefoot in our room and cut his foot. We couldn’t find what caused the injury at the time, but after returning home, an ER doctor removed a small piece of glass from his foot. This……

“Hotel room super clean and I not understand why they charge additional $50 but price is good but why charged me additional $50 it not cool.”

“Dumpy hotel with very dated furnishings. Breakfast was bagels and things from Walmart, so not great. Comforter was hard and seemed unclean. We used the extra blanket and removed the comforter.”

“Wonderful stay! The beds were very comfortable. Check in was great . The scenery was amazing from our room. Geese were very entertaining. Definitely will stay again”
