“I stayed here for 5 days while a family member was in Rapid City for a medical procedure. Overall it was ok, they are either in the middle of remodeling or just finished but here is my review: Staff: nice and accommodating. Had to book another night last minute and was able to get my same room back after check out Food: breakfast was very scarce. A half gallon of milk in lobby fridge. No fruit. Juice machine was broken. “Terrible experience. The manager on duty was rude and told me to “use common sense” when I asked about the pool being closed but not the water slide and hot tub. Our room was not cleaned (used toilet paper and shampoo). Hopes in the walls and ductape holding the headboard together. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!”
