"We'd never stayed at Arch Cape before - we loved it. This is a beautiful beach and just a few minutes from Cannon Beach, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. We were able to bring our dogs and the beach was just a house down to the trail. This is a beautiful property and we have already rebooked."

"The Home was cozy and the fire on the roof top deck was so nice! You cannot beat the view from up there! Lori was so responsive to any questions I had and very kind. She took the time to write out some fun things for us to check out in the area, which was very sweet. The little town of Oceanside is so wonderful, everyone is friendly and the beach is beautiful!"

"Right on the beach, direct ocean view and access. Steps down to the beach may be difficult for elderly or handicaped persons. Very nice property. The kitchen is very nice, plenty plates, silver wear, glass wear and pots and pans. Beds are on the small side, but lovely bedding. Rock Way Beach Rock is in view."

"This is our 2nd time staying at this home and it was great as expected. Love the easy parking and that unlike most houses in Oceanside, there isn't a flight of stairs to climb as we unload! The views are amazing and the house is well furnished and clean. Tons of kitchen supplies, utensils, extra bath towels, etc. Highly recommended!"

"This was our second time staying at Sea and Sand. We had a mixed bag of weather, with sunny days and stormy days. The house was just so cozy during the storms, and we got a lot of "puzzling" in. Love the expansive views of both the ocean and beach and the mountain. Lots of spots outside to sit and enjoy the ambiance. The beds were comfortable, and very large couch that we all fitted on. Used the barbecue and ping-pong table. Great access to the beach, and manageable for my 80+ year old folks!...

"The property offers various bedroom choices, perfect for my growing family. The pool table was in excellent condition, and became a highlight of the trip. Access to the beach was conveniently close, including from the property. We watched sunsets from the deck. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner accommodated a request for a late check-out. "This place definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very easy to find and when we showed up, everything was very clean. The view from the entire house of the coastline is absolutely stunning. The upstairs loft was extremely comfortable to watch movies with the family and sip coffee in the morning while looking at the beautiful views. The back deck was extremely large and had lots of room for the kids to play. I would highly recommend this place and we definitely plan on coming back."

"My daughter and I needed a place to stay for the night. Very last-minute travel change. There was no problem renting and was even allowed early check-in. This was very much appreciated as the weather was very wet. We were allowed access to the property immediately and we didn't have to find some other temporary shelter from the weather when we arrived in town. The house was perfect for our needs, was very clean and thoughtfully appointed."
