"Love it. Have stayed here both times I have been in Grand Rapids. Easy in and out access to the main road. Well maintained pool and hot tub. The rooms are quiet, can’t hear other guests. Breakfast choices rotate so if staying more than one day, you get something different."

"The hotel is located within walking distance of many things, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Hotel is very clean and modern. Staff were absolutely incredible and very warm. You will pay to park but that’s everywhere downtown. Rooftop bar was wonderful with great views and drinks were excellent.Breakfast and lunch at onsite restaurant far exceeded expectations. We will always stay here when in Grand Rapids. "

"The help were not courteous, the room was not what was described when booking, the beds were uncomfortable and one of the beds had a bed bug in it. The in-room coffee maker did not work. The towels were like using sandpaper and the maids could not speak English."
