“As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many……
“The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very quiet property considering the proximity to the airport. Breakfast was great, especially the egg white bites.Plent of parking. Well lit and I felt very safe. My only complaint was the shower water pressure on the 3rd floor was weaker than weak. I ended up using the wash basin to clean up.”
“Room and bathroom were high quality. I do not believe vacant rooms should be kept at A/C temp of 70 degrees. Too cold for normal people upon arrival. Thermostats customer control is very nice. Wasting precious energy in vacant rooms increases cost to Corporation and is passed down to customers. Wouldn't possible reduction of cost, even if small, help to increase patronage and enhance customer perception of Hyatt brand? The thing I did not like was not enough instruction or signage or emphasis……
