“I was warmly welcomed to this B&B. It is a beautiful house set in extensive grounds. From my window I had lovely views of the garden and beyond. “Serious problem on phone when trying to enter the building due to the lady on line unable to explane that the room key and front door keys were in the lock box. I discussed this with the manager the following day and he accepted that the lady did have problems in explaining things.
