"Everything was great however the elevator was not working up to the 5th floor. We had to take elevator from the 3rd floor to the 4th floor and use the stairs to get to the 5th floor. Would have been nice if they gave us a small discount for the inconvenience. "

"We travel a lot and my children say this is their favorite hotel they have been too! We had a wonderful time staying here on a road trip to Montreal. It was a very relaxing stop and the room was beautiful. We will come again!"

"We really enjoyed this property. The grounds were beautiful and having the trail system was a definite perk. The location was perfect for getting on the recreational trail and walking or riding bikes to dinner. The service was great and very friendly. The room was comfortable and efficient. The only very minor points is that the chairs on the balcony were far too short to actually see anything if you used them. The chairs were about a foot off the ground but the balcony had a 4-foot solid wall as the “railing.” Putting regular sized furniture out would solve this. Also there is no place to hang a hand towel next to the sink (eg towel bar or hook). Again, a minor point but actually quite annoying when you consider how often you wash your hands. "
