"I was assigned a handcap room and the shower head would not lock in the high position so had to use the wand to shower. Hard after a ling day of travel. The outlet for the coffee maker and the phone did not work. The remote control menu button did not work. The gym was nice and onsite amenities were also very good. The front desk and room cleaning staff was very polite and courteous."

"Loved our stay at the "Adorable West Side Cottage"! It was convenient, and lovely. We enjoyed walking to a nearby bakery(Bread Hive) for morning scones and the neighbors we encountered were so nice! Debbie was so easy to work with and we highly recommend. Thank you Debbie!"

"Overall, it was great. Watch out for parking restrictions on the street in the neighborhood. The hot water needs an upgrade, and we had to buy washcloths. None provided..but Owen was responsive and quick to respond to our needs "

"This place was perfect! The house was adorable, clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us when we needed it. The location was great, there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if/when I'm in Buffalo again!"

"We had family Thanksgiving there. Plenty of room for grandparents, parents and kids. Everything was in working order, sufficient dishes and cookware to prepare our Thanksgiving feast. The beds were comfortable. We all said we would definitely be happy to stay there again.Some confusion in the listing. Instructions stated entry in rear of house but actually was front so trouble with entry code until determined at incorrect door. Listing said parking in driveway but was changed to only on street parking. Signs in home also still state laundry available but is not. That wasn’t an issue."
