“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……

“They let us in a little bit early, which was really nice. Staff was awesome. The only complaint I have is that no matter how far I turn the air down, it never did get very cold. I had it all the way down and it was still hot in the room.”
