“This VRBO is a mixture of good and bad. The unit itself was very clean; parts of it were new/well kept, others were pretty bad & worn out. The location & the price was reasonable for a bay area visit. When I made the reservation, I sent a message to the host about us & why we were visiting, they made no response.Entrance is difficult to find, located on winding roads & small or unmarked driveways. The gate is new and worked well. Numerous vehicles parked everywhere, some covered with tarps.……

“This is a tough one to review, honestly. We didn't end up staying. The location was great, the tree house vibe was awesome, my kid loved the porch swing, and it appeared clean/neat inside. But it smelled very musky! We debated about what to do and ended up deciding not to stay. The place is surrounded by cement walls on two sides, so while we didn't see any evidence of mold, it was reasonable to worry there might be. We would have been concerned about air quality/mold spores during our whole……

“We had just a short stay but it was very comfortable and relaxing. The space is cozy and the hot tub was great to use. Communication was great, I definitely felt able to reach out if we had any problems. I found the other reviews on here helpful for knowing exactly what the space would be like and grounding expectations.”

“Great location - really close to Old Mill Park, DipSea Steps, and Equator Coffee. The large dedicated parking spot makes it super easy for even the largest vehicles to fit. Host was great! Felt really clean, and the gas fire feature in the backyard was a bonus. Nice warm gas fireplace really helped out at night as well. Super quiet area, and has a new full size washer and dryer onsite. Would love to stay here again!!!”

“Eugene and Natalie you both are incredible hosts and we are so delighted with our stay at your Eichler home. The property is beautiful, we were immediatley greeted by deers! The check in process was very smooth and the hosts are very responsive and kind. We stayed in the Napa suite and it was equipped with everything we needed. The laundry is a huge bonus after hiking and spending the day out in San Francisco. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need. The bathroom could use a bit……
