"This spot really was a home for us during a family vacation (older parents, four siblings partners). Comfortable rooms, every kitchen utensil you could ever hope to need, plenty of temperature-controlled space to gather and chill, and well-located to spread out to enjoy and appreciate what Albuquerque has to offer.We didn't get to see everything out there, but we're happy to know that next time we're planning to drop in to ABQ we won't have to think twice about where to stay.These hosts care about the guest experience and the neighborhood that they're inviting those guests to stay with. I really appreciate the responsive communication and the kind words shared with neighbors about the property's history and renovation, and about the town at-large.I've been pretty lucky with vacation rentals over the years, but this one was a rare gem in how it exceeded every expectation in every category. My only complaint is that I can't give six stars.Thanks again."
"The house is beautiful and recently renovated. Lots of good seating inside and outside. We really enjoyed the pool! There was good shade by the pool , which we appreciated. The 4th “bedroom” is a den with a small pull out sofa. The kitchen was well equipped except the ice maker did not work and there wasn’t enough cutlery for 5 people. The location is very private and within easy drive to the Plaza."

"This house was just perfect for our 3 night stay. My mom and I shared it with two close family friends and had a great time with plenty of room to spread out or pile on the couch and watch a movie. The home is very quiet and comfortable with special touches throughout. It does not feel like a sterile vacation rental, more like a well decorated, unique friends house. The location worked perfectly for us visiting family in the north valley but also shopping and eating throughout the city. Chevonne was incredibly communicative and friendly. I highly recommend this home! "
"We were traveling across country and got into the property late. They were super helpful and kind. We had our dog and they even had a treat bag for the pup. Breakfast was included and was very good! "

"We absolutely LOVED our time at this property. Nicolle was a wonderful host from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed with such a thoughtful gift basket and an inviting ambience set throughout the house. While we had several activities lined up in Albuquerque during our week long stay, our children (ages 16 & 12) preferred to just relax at the property several times because they felt that at home. I can't speak highly enough of this property and Nicolle. My favorite part was coffee on the porch with the FANTASTIC views of the Sandia Mountains and Albuquerque. You won't regret staying here. "

"My wife and I stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed the stay. The place was in the back of a lot on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. About 4-5 miles north of Old Town, but it was real easy to get around town, as very near to both I25 and I40. Had all the amenities that are advertised and more than what you would find in most hotel rooms."
