The description did not mention that the washer/dryer, refrigerator and bathroom were in a common area that was accessible by the upstairs tenants, although the bathroom was lockable. To get to the front door from the outside, you have to go behind the townhomes through the common access area which was grass/dirt and not lighted. "El hotel cumple con las expectativas, el mismo se encuentra muy cerca, aproximadamente a tres cuadras de la estación de Metro Innovation Center, así como de una parada de autobús, lo cual facilita el traslado al aeropuerto o a Washington DC. Las instalaciones son limpias y adecuadas, el personal de recepción es muy ameno y hay servicio de transporte en horas hábiles. Si necesitan moverse en horas de la madrugada o en dirección al aeropuerto, mi consejo es que soliciten un servicio de UBER, no recomiendo los taxis comunes ya que pueden cobrar por valores exagerados argumentando que es una cuota nocturna.
