"Hotel was sooooo nice. Very beautiful in rooms. Breakfast was amazing. The only thing that sucked about the stay was . The drug use and homeless people was hanging outside at the entrance of hotel . Smelled like piss and trash was all over the place, it actually looked like they live out front. It’s a shame we let this happen. the day we left . I looked back at the beautiful hotel and historic place. And all I see is an over run street full of people that do drugs and beg for money For there habits . Don’t get me wrong, I help out the homeless all the time , I live in New York City,"

"Louisville was hosting a little league Championship series and a large number of children and thier families were staying at the property and were participating in the event. The hotel handled this event incredibly well and it was such a great experience for us to meet some of them and participate in thier experience, however briefly. Management handled the event incrediblyfor all."
