“Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's……

“The entry doors locks make me nervous very outdated. Also, requesting room service should be easier. Finally, I called the number I was given six times and never got a response even when I was calling, because of illegal activity on the property. Housekeeper was very nice and rooms were very clean.”

“Our biggest complaint was that there were only six lounge chairs and three umbrellas by the Pool area which overlooked the ocean. Obviously, we had to wait for someone to leave. The Pool deck area was the resorts most attractive amenity and it was not adequately equipped. Unfortunately, we would not recommend or return to this resort.”

“Honestly, the resort was nice, however we went during red tide, which really affected the whole trip. The resort STANK. I know it's not their fault, but they really should update their socials or send emails to let people know what's going on in case they want to make changes to their trips.
