“This was a quite clean and well maintained property and very comfortable for a stay on the outskirts of Madison. We were there for a nearby family visit, so we were not focused on being downtown, but it didn't take long to drive into town. The breakfast was a little bit above average for a corporate hotel and we really appreciated the acceptable coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.”

“The room was dirty, not clean at all. Lots of dead bugs smushed against the wall and the window shades. Drain flys all over the room. The closet had a gross sticky, brown substance all over the walls, so clearly attention to detail when cleaning isn’t there. Floor had residue all over it. Staff was okay, not super pleasant but okay. Elevators were slow and we had to walk down the stairs with n the last day due to elevators being used to hall up the new mattresses they were changing.”

“It was a great room and the shower was very nice. Breakfast was good. I was on the 4th floor so no shades on the window. Who's going to look in the window on the 4th floor (408)? However there was a parking lot light that shinned directly into the room right across the beds. When I turned off the room light at night, it was like daylight in the room, again the worst right across the beds. I put pillows in the window to block the light where my head was going to be and put on a eye cover and went……
