“The Grand Geneva is a beautiful resort with great amenities and great staff. We enjoyed the spa, restaurants, lounge onsite Starbucks and outdoor pool. The resort still has so much more to offer! Awesome place.”

“First off staff is excellent. Check in/ Parking getting settled in all 5 stars. Location also if you want to walk the shops and bars is perfect. It was a last minute booking and most of the hotels in the area were sold out. The room had a musty odor: it was humid upon arrival: temp was set at 75 I dropped to 71 and went to the pool for a couple hours & came back to the same warm humid room.. left again for food and drink. Returning hours later…barley any better the a/c took all night to cool……

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“It is clean but outdated, the rooms could use a refresh. It took a long time to get the rollaway bed I requested and we were exhausted. Took maybe a half hour!”
